This project provides a functional and visually pleasing design that worked with the unique aesthetic of the house and steep slopes of the property. The final selected design was defined by a modern style that plays off the building’s facade and materials. The planting was selected for low maintenance and all-season interest which would help soften the façade and retaining walls. Conceptual plans, detail design, tender documentation and contract administration were all provided to ensure a smooth renovation for the client from start to finish.
