This project was a redevelopment to enhance the industrial and historic values of the site. The solution incorporated mixed-use, live-work space that hosted a residential town, park lands and a historic Dominion Square Brewery. Shipping container structures and other affordable development solutions improved the sustainability of the site. This project was awarded fourth place as part of the annual development competition hosted by NAIOP.
